In this 30 minute class caretakers dance & move while holding their baby (w/ or w/o a carrier) to create a rhythmic connection & exercise experience unlike any other! We'll use popular songs geared toward caretaker entertainment- no baby music here!
Participants must be 1 month to 8 months old when the program starts.
